📌Candace Carter reads from “Sequenda”

In the first book of Candace Carter’s utopian trilogy “New News from the West”, the main character Pascal and his friends, guided by the principles of non-violence, friendship and music, brought dualism to an end and ushered humanity into the Age of the Parousia. But what if there were other worlds – or, more precisely, other dimensions? In “Sequenda” Pascal follows his dog Timi2 through a mysterious curtain and finds himself in a universe where the boundaries of the real dissolve into the imagined, and every encounter is a mirror of the infinite… Candace Carter, born in the Midwestern United States, studied at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Hamburg. She works across multiple disciplines as a painter, performance artist, author, YouTuber, and podcaster. Admission free, donations to the Friends of the American Library e.V. cheerfully accepted.
